Patrick M. Thornton


Mr. Thornton began his career in public accounting and GE Capital where he held accounting and reporting roles supporting domestic and international operations. As a member of the field management teams at Newell Rubbermaid and Thermo Fisher Scientific he focused on operational efficiency by developing and implementing process improvement and cost structure reduction initiatives. While at Manhattan Resources, Mr. Thornton lead the development and expansion into the Chicago area market for the Houston-based executive search firm. In his most recent role, he lead and oversaw the growth and preparation of the Controller’s group for CIMA ENERGY as the natural gas and crude oil marketing company went from privately held to global Fortune 130 ownership.

Mr. Thornton is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University.
